In an unlikely situation that you receive a product that is faulty, you can send it back for a refund, and the item should get to us within 30 days of you receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns if:
Item(s) have been worn or washed
Item(s) have been altered
Item(s) do not have the original tags on them
Item(s) was a final sale item
Item(s) are in any way damaged from the original condition
Shoe boxes must be enclosed in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
Intimate Wears e.g swimwear, Panties, Shapewear etc Cannot be returned. Please Note that this is for hygiene reasons and that We’re Only trying to Ensure they are Safe for you and others to use.
Kindly note that exact color of products may vary due to different computer resolutions, indoor or outdoor lighting. This does not mean the product is faulty.

To return your product, email us for a return address and to provide additional information.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it is eligible for refund.
Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment source than the one they originally came from. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and it would be processed within 7 business days.
